Ms. Catherine "Cathy" Binag Bamahrez
She has over (3) decades experience in the recruitment industry. As a hands-on entrepreneur, Ms. Cathy has continuously expanded the market reach of the company by personally meeting and handling employers/foreign principals here and abroad transforming the business relationship in to partnership of mutual benefits for employers/foreign principals and HOPEWELL.
Not only a business oriented individual, Ms. Cathy has a good heart as she also ensures/cares for the welfare of each and every FILIPINO that we deploy in abroad.
Because of her enthusiasm in providing and bringing a highly competitive Overseas Filipino Workers, Ms. Cathy has likewise expanded the growing numbers of affiliated companies over the past years. Adding to HOPEWELL's roosters of auxiliary business which complements and expedite deployment of highly trained and qualified workers are MANILAPHIL SKILLS INSTITUTE, a government Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA) accredited training and assessment center and FIRSTMULTI HEALTHCARE, a medical diagnostic clinic primarily for Overseas Filipino Workers.

Our Step by Step Procedures
Sourcing / Manpower Pooling
HOPEWELL maintains pool of ready-to-leave workers a called from private and employment offices located in regions Of the Philippines. If required, workers not available in our existing pool, HOPEWELL shall make all the arrangements for the immediate sourcing/identification of the needed workers,
Pre-Screening
Our workers who are recommended for possible overseas employment are carefully screened and rigidly tested. An overall assessment of their suitability for the job is done through in-depth interviews geared towards gaining a deeper insight to the applicant' qualification and competence.
Final Selection
We provide our clients' representative with all the facilities and assistance in making their final selection fast and efficient. If so desired, HOPEWELL can also do the final selection of their needed workers for and behalf Of our employers/foreign principals with full guarantee on the workers competence and capabilities.
Medical Examiniation
All selected workers are required to undergo and pass the standard medical examination. The said examination can be conducted in cooperation with another affiliated company, FIRST MULTI HEALTHCARE SERVICES together with selected hospitals and other medical clinics.
Processing /Documentation
HOPEWELL is staffed with competent personnel needed to process the required documents of selected workers. Our documentation specialist personally monitor and ensure the prompt processing for passports, employment contract, travel and exit pass, tax exemptions, visas and other related clearance and documentation.
Arabic Language Training Course
(For Household Service Workers only) HOPEWELL has a permit issued by Overseas Worker Welfare Admi nistration (OWWA) to conduct this training for those Household Service Workers going to middle east particularly to Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, IJAE, Jordan and Bahrain.
Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS)
To further ensure satisfactory handling of workers for deployment, HOPEWELL conducts intensive orientation session to better prepare workers for the psychological demands of the job. These sessions include among others, the information about the country of destination, principal's company's policy, employment terms and conditions, principal's expectations on selected workers and other pertinent information that will guide the worker.
Ticketing And Send-off Services
Our experienced and efficient documentation officers can very well handle the booking flight confirmation and final ticketing. We also provide airport assistance to all departing workers for the port of embarkation. As a procedure, we send with the departing workers all the documentations and credentials as maybe required by the employers/foreign principals on the jobsite.

- A hands-on Operations Manager that has gained expertise both in handling Employers/ Foreign Principals and sourcing qualified applicants;
- A deeply knowledgeable Human Resource Manager that designs work system such as hiring, recognition, strategic pay, performance development and evaluation system. Career and succession planning and development;
- Healthcare Division — Lead by a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) with enormous experience in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Risk Management, Utilization Review, Hospital Accreditation and Healthcare Recruitment;
- Quality Management Representative (QMR) — well verse in the requirements and implementation of ISO: 9001 series of 2015,with excellent management skills.
